          Hi John,

Nice grouping of EKs! I especially like your bottom left EK2 - for some reason I really like that type with the loop attached to a "tab" on the top of the cross. Is it maker marked?

To me, I would be "careful" in regards to the bottom two EK1s.
In regards to the bottom two EK1s; are the swastikas quite low in relation to the beading?

In relation to the bottom left EK1:
The catch looks strange and the date appears to be quite low in relation to the lower edge. I think I can also detect the "Floch notch" at the top of the pin near where it joins the hinge.

Is it possible to get larger pics of both the front and reverse of both of these EK1s?

                John,

I think your "100" EK 1 is fine. Here's mine for comparison.

                      Hi John, George,

No, sorry... didn't mean to worry you or anything. I had no idea they were maker marked and couldn't tell the "height" of the swastikas.
I thought I could see the "notch" that is often a sign of "Floch" copies but have noticed that this can easily be confused with a very, very slight twist or bump to the pin that I suppose is caused by the pin being opened and closed etc.
I have a EK2 that appears to be a dead ringer for your 100 marked example - nice to put a maker to an unmarked cross!
