Anyone hazard a guess as to this one's maker?

...hhhmmm the core looks like Otto Schickle (number design), but the frame isn't typical Schickle.

Please show the back side.

Looks like the beading that has tarnished where there was no frosting applied.

I agree, Mine "55" has exactly the same feature.
I just checked it and it sure looks like regular patina to me on a not complete frosted beading.

You know what guys .... I've never checked the ring that's tucked under that ribbon .... maybe a mm?
