Original or not? I have been looking for one for about 1.5 year and this one looks ok to me, but i am not an expert.

I have read that the bubbly surface can be a sign of it being old, but is this enough to say it's original?

Believe that's a good idea, Rick.

I finally managed to find more like yours in my files. A couple from a well known German dealer K.W. and the one below. All posted a couple of years ago.

The hinge on the one below is a little different but otherwise they're similar and all have that imo artificial bubbling. Maybe I'm mistaken but something's wrong here.
