I believe it is a Floch, see this link http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...=147722&page=7. Although yours is an EKII and these are EKI, look at the date and they appear to be the same style.

It is indeed a typical Floch!
But sice it is in case, I guess it is an ek1 clasp.
