oakleafs case

Hi my friends. I know nothing about this case. Can you help me to tell if it´s wartime or for a 1957 modell of oakleafs to the KC or nothing at all. It has an inprint of the leafes in the white satin.

That is not an official oakleave case from the time before May 1945.

Could this be some sort of case used commercially before the "ban" in October, 1941? Are the markings "EL" and then below that, in a box, "L/--"? I can't read it very well*
