    EKII in packet

Can I get opinions on this one please. The EK looks fine to me but wonder about the packet and it's not a vet buy so figured I'd better ask! The jump ring is maker marked but I can't tell what it is.

The packet is a well known fake and the EK II is an original by Klein & Quenzer (65).

Very nice EKII. I like this core K&Q used, a very detailed swastika. The bottom swasi is like your core. The top is another core used by K&Q...

Many thanks! Confirmed what I thought about the EK packet but didn't recognize the EK maker! APPRECIATE IT!

Please make close-ups from the 1939 and 1813.
It's a very interesting number design.

Here you are, Grueni. Yes, very unique from other K&Q-stamped crosses.

In comparison to another marked '65' K&Q...

I agree about the packet. Too bad everyone that has one of these wouldn't burn them...

                  Andrew,

I'm not totally convinced that your 1813 date is identical to mine. What is your opinion? The lighting may be playing tricks on us.

Well, I didn't burn it, but it's in little pieces in the trash can!
