I've one just like it, ring-stamped '56', only my reverse core die has different '3', and the date (1813) is really out of alignment. I'll take some photos in a few...

Maybe there are two versions by one maker.
I have no EK II by maker 56 in my collection, but I have a picture from an EK II with the same distinctive number design in my database.

I believe this is the case, as it is with many other makers. And look how aligned your 1813 date is compared to Woytas's. I'm confused on this. How could the core of his cross shift this much within the frame to misalign the date this much, and the obverse date remain aligned? Yes, your 1813 date numbers do look identical to his cross, in design.
