EK2 with textured paint

I think that the core on this EK2 has been repainted judging from the slops onto the beading but what about the textured finish? No maker's mark on the ring. This one isn't mine but could be. Thanks in advance Ausgang

It's a good EK II.
Some maker's repainted the core once again after assembling.
