EK 2 WH-Spange Original and who made it?

Hi!

A friend of mine want to buy the following Wiederholungspange EK 2 1939.
He asked me if it's an original piece and if i know the manufacturer.

Because i'm not an expert of WH-Spangen i have decided to ask in this forum whether someone could help me for giving a right answer to my friend.

I would be glad about each assistance and opinion!

It looks like there was some additional filing on the eagle's beak on the one to the right. I see a lot of similarities...

Thank you all for your opinions.
I agree with you Robert. They looks the same only with some additional filing kike you wrote.
I'll ask for better pictures for comparison.

100% fake
the all show the same similarities, look for the flaw under the numeral '1'
I've seen them marked all different too, and different prongs, good details
