Most KCs to one guy?

So, to continue the thread of thought of who has the largest total grouping, do we know which RKT had the most RKs? If they could buy extra pieces, any idea who supposedly had the most? I would have bought one for each day of the week! Never wear the same one twice in a row...

Seems some of these fellows had several 'original, war worn' Crosses available to the collector market well after '45!
