RK w/ Oaks Recipient Hans Strippel

Hi,

I thought this was a nice press release photo of, at the time, Oberfeldwebel Hans Strippel of 4/PzRgt 1. He received the RK on 22 Jan 43 and was the 485th recipeint of the oakleaves on 4 Jun 44. I believe he had 70 tank kills.

Any idea on the maker of the RK?
