AKCR/RK Winners Living Abroad

Does anyone have any kind of idea or stats regarding RK winners who became citizens of the USA, UK, France, and other various allied powers post 1945? According to AKCR a number of current and deceased members were living abroad. One would assume that generally these people became citizens rather than long term alien residents.

From the Luftwaffe, I know that Rupert Frost and Wilhelm Moritz became Canadian citizens.
