Hello all, I came across an EK 1 marked on the pin L/17, is this a good maker mark, any thoughts?

I believe L/17 would be a Hermann Wernstein. Photos would truly help.

I've only seen the fake L/17 EK1 with the thin date and round three so far...

Thanks guys, the EK was on the auction site EPIER and here is the link, it is a bad scan, and the seller won't reply to my questions for better pics, ah, maybe the pics were meant to decieve...LOL
