    EKI at weitze...

I was interested in this L/56 EKI with a Waffen Amt stamp on it. Opinions?

Well, the cross is ok, but I don't have a clue about the stamp.

Must have been some sort of prank.

    Best regards,
    Ben

Wouldn't all poor made crossed have been rejected by the LDO controller???

Stamp may be authentic, but when was it applied?
Could have been last week for all we know.

          Regards,
          Ben

I think this poor made EK's went back to maker (complain).
So that the maker don't used this EK's it was stamped.
Maybe the controll was a sampling.

            ...but it's an unsure theorie.

I would only buy the EK I not the stamp.

Stamps have been for sale for at least 20 years to anyone. Usually more of a problem with gun fakers
