Nice EK II set by Rettenmeyer

I got this nice EK II set by Rettenmeyer with an EK II (maker's mark 16) and a late LDO case with L/59 stamp.

I believe some LDO-maker's produced EK II's only with a number of Präsidialkanzlei. At the moment I know Wiedmann and Rettenmeyer. Both sold EK II sets (EK II + LDO EK II case) but without a LDO-marked EK II.
