    help with an ek1

I stopped at my local antique store monday and the owner was excited to show me an EK1 he had just gotten.

I did not have my camera so I can not show a pick. It showed a lot of character in the details along with some ware. maker marked on the pin either L/27 or L37 it was quite worn. The problem I had with it is the 1939 was quite thin and flat unlike any I have ever seen. Can anyone help with a picture of a L/27 or L/37

Any help would be appreciated thank you frank v.

Could it be a L/21 maybe , the closest number . Known numbers go ......L/19, L/21 and jumps to L/50 from there ?

Although the LDO EKI list includes an L/24 for F. Zimmermann and an L/26 for Klein & Quenzer, I have never seen photos of either, Douglas.

              L/22 -Glasser & Sons , ... L/23 - Julius Maurer , .... L/25 - AE Koechert , and another 7 L/ - Numbers in the 60,s .
