    hello

    i was lucky to get this lot.

    i want to show you some pics - think its a nice complete lot of a soldier who startet his career in the 45. infantry division, was in GrenReg 130 and so on.

                            Could we see the reverse of that IAB please, and a closeup of that EK1? The case is a Meybauer, but the cross itself a Zim, a Godet, or an early Deumer IMO. As for the Russian medals and orders, there should be an award# on the back of them - the low numbers are wartime, which yours should be if that soldier did in fact send them home during wartime - WW2 awards of the Patriotic war and the Red Stars reach up to a certain number when war ended, but there were millions awarded after 1945 and a whole lot of them in the 80's. The guys in the Soviet Forum can help you there.
