Can someone please crack this german and tell me what awards are mentioned below. (its off a deathcard for a Johann Jurkowski)

Hello Dan,

It says he was the owner of the Iron Cross 2nd class, the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, the Infantry Assault badge in Silver, the Eastern Front Medal and the Army Sports Badge.
