Cloth German Cross in Gold opinions?

Hello,

I have been offered this cloth German Cross in gold and was looking for some opinions. I've never seen one of these so I have no idea of value or if it is even original.

Any help is appreciated.

Photos are not the best, but IMO the cross is original. Better photos would confirm on way or the other.

However, the cross is in fairly poor condition. Note the corrosion of the wreath in a few spots.

I hate to ask the proverbial question, but if in original fair condition, approximate value?

I'm bidding on a small group of buckles, but this little thing is also included in the group/lot and I suspect this is what is driving the price up beyond what the buckles are worth?

If condition is as it appears, I would suggest a bit less.
