It's a post war production, maybe an official post war EK for veterans.
I hope I get more informations about it.
There are EK II's with the same design (with positive Niemann expertise).

unoffically makers did still produce awards after 1945, Souval is one example, S&L, K&L, amoung others,

I mean that the EK could be from an "official" maker, which produced during the war, too.
I believe the maker could be Souval, but I'm not sure.
There are post war RK's (sometimes with maker's mark L/58) which could be by Souval (with the same distinctive number design).
