    Unmarked EK1 for review

    Hello chaps,

just received this one today. Three piece construction, no maker mark, non magnetic core. In beautiful condition, with frosted beading and polished frame. Any ideas on the maker?

Thanks for the kind comments guys. Does the non-magnetic core place the cross timescale wise? i.e. Early/Late war.

                            Another question...........

                            Hello again chaps,

could anyone tell me if it is common for the W&L EK1's to have non magnetic cores? And would this place it as early war due to un-enforced DLO ruling, or later due to material shortages? All ideas/comments welcome.
