unidentified mm

This is up for sale but the cross is in pretty bad shape so the maker's mark is very important factor in whether or not to buy it. Any ideas what it could be??? The photo with the black square is the correct orientation; I have shown all the different ways to look at it.

I'm seeing a '24' in the pic at top right.

It looks like a wide frame, so 24 may be right.
