Condition is not really good, but I couldn't resist it.

I do have a non-manetic L/12, L/ 19 are usually non-magnetic, but I haven't seen an L/13 like this before....

neither have I, and i don't believe they ever existed. Your cross is in fact a non magnetic W&L with a Meybauer pin.

It's a W&L frame and core with a Meybauer hinge and pin system.

just because of curiousity: Was the frame resoldered or do you see any traces of the pin being replaced?

The hinge incl . needle was replaced.
Nex time I go to a show, I'll bring along a flashlight as well...
