The Spanish cross. One more riddle.

Friends, trying to find the manufacturer of my SC, has seen such.
The form and details of the handles of the swords are identical !!!
It means that the stamp is one.The eagles are similar too.The pins are similar by the form, but not similar by the method of fixture.
And now the questions. Why swastikas on the eagles others?
Why another catching hook? Why another fixture of the pin?
And the main question. It was possible basically?

Friends, probably I ask very difficult questions. But I wish to understand it very much .Studying this theme I have understood, that there is not enough information for answer on my question. It`s possible to speak with confidence, only about known manufacturers, which not so a lot . And I have the version. Considering, that after 1940 SC started made for sale, and as the requirement, on them should be marks LDO.
It means ,that this cross is not made for sale after 1940.
I think there could be small firms which only soldered crosses, but not make their detail , for the small orders. And consequently we see original details from different manufacturers on these crosses.
    What is yours opinions?
