Spanish Cross Maker ID Help

I have had this cased Spanish Cross in Silver with Swords for several decades and never looked at the back before. Taking it out of the case, I noticed it was only marked 900 in INCUSE RELIEF. Does anyone know the maker, with the blunt heads on the eagles?

I think the maker of this one is still unknown. I am new at SC's so I could be wrong.

indeed, I still not have discovered which manufacturer is behind this cross. Nevertheess it is genuine, with a fine silver plating.

Bob, nice cased SC No idea of the maker, either but I've seen another example marked like this that I liked.
