EK2 Mount Evidence?

I have a couple of EKIIs that each have very small holes about 1 inch up from the suspension ring. It's obvious there was some type of pin in place which caused the holes. Which type of mounting would these tell tale signs be attributed to?

Hello,
I guess you mean in the ribbon? If so it could have been caused by any number of things, not neccesarily by a mounting procedure. Can you post some pics?

Hi Adrian. Yes the ribbon.

Here are 2 inidividual crosses ribbons, both with what look to be some type of pin hole. Each have another hole higher up on the ribbon, after the crease where the fold was. I'm almost certain it was related to mounting of some sort. But I don't know a whole heck of alot about the mounting. Parade mount? Standard mount? I just dont know.

I actually think it is just from a pin that was used to hold the crosses on display at some point, not from any type of mounting. If they had been parade mounted the ribbons would be creased much more and there would have been more holes in the ribbon from being sewn onto the mount.
