Someone correct me if I am mistaken, but I have seen the German Blood Order worn in the button hole of the right breast pocket...if I remember correctly. I'm referring to the ribbon only.

The Turkish Star (WWI service) could be worn on the right pocket through WWII.

There are also some badges ( Red Cross, and I think the KM watch badge for examples) worn on the right breast. They are often mistaken for awards

            Badges

.. and if you were a General, pretty much anything you wanted. I used to own this General's uniform and it had three loops on the right pocket plus a place for a screwback Turkish star.

Well, the uniform I have belonged to a colonel and it has two sewn holes in the middle of the pocket. He was in ww1 acording to the ribbon bar so it could have been from that time frame. Is the turkish star the same as a galipolli star?

Yes, the Blood Order was worn on the right pocket both the medal and ribbon.

Would the blood orders ribbon be represented in the ribbon bar? The only odd ribbon on the bar is a Albert order with out swords.

But of course there would be no "holes" for the Blood Order. so in Benjaman's case its not that

Yes-note that often forweign badges were worn on the right-usually Bulgarian + Hungarian flight badges etc.

                        Badge on right side

I posted this before but with no answers. This is on the uniform of a Major with WWI service circa 1941-42 Almost looks like a Hungarian award in shape (eg. combat leader award) but I have never heard of these being worn on German uniforms.
