    As you've seen Robert, I aquired a light Zimmerman a few weeks ago: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=253458 and asked Dietrich when these types were being issued - he replied "I would think after mid to end 1943. It seems that the PKZ-Number was used earlier with DKs than with RKs. But I'm in the middle of the research here...". I imagine therefore that the heavy types were 1941-early 43.

      That's a good bit of information. I've been reading some additional information in the KC thread about the DK's. Thank you for this timeline.
