Hi,
The oaks are nice,but the swords are poorly made.Ive got an S&L set of swords from the 1970/80,s that are better made than those.

Ron has posted a very expensive item for discussion, and after all these pictures this is the best it gets for discussion. Pitiful! The problem is the forum members who know about these type of pieces are no longer stepping up to help fellow collectors authenticate their rare pieces. In the past, an item like this would bring a good deal of discussion.
Based on a quick study of Dietrich's book which just arrived yesterday I will say that Ron's oaks and swords are not original. The detail in the sword and hilt areas are not up to par. best wishes,

Since I have limited experience and only one RK (a K&Q) I see nothing wrong with Ron's cross. As for the Oaks and Swords I can offer nothing other than what I also saw in Dietrichs book which leads me to belive they are not good.
