Hitler Birthday EK1 from 1939?

Was there such a medal? There is one listed on Snyders stated as being given away on his 50th birthday. The back looks like an EK1. It has an applied profile of Hitler on the front. I've had one offered to me at a very low price but I'm questioning whether it is real or just that rare since I can't find it mentioned anywhere but Snyders.

Thanks guys. I get awfully suspicious when I see something offered for $2000 on website and then it's $50 somewhere else I couldn't find any reputable references to the item in question so I was pretty sure that it was a fantasy piece.
