IK1 fake or not to fake?

It's a great cross with 99% of the black in place.
Can someone show me what type of needle goes on the back of these once?

For sure a cross manufactured by Orth but they used a Souval frame and this was done by this firm frequently.

Oh, I see now. It looked a bit different from the other angle. Looks better now

I got this IK as a present from a local Canadian PQ-17 vet. Removing some decades old dust reviled the true beauty and great condition of this cross. Here is the AFTER picture.
