        Hello Mathias.

I also feel that it's a Floch fake.

          It is a Floch Fake.
This cross was for sale by Sammlerfreund on a German Auction site.

I remember that this cross was posted by a member a while ago.
But I cannot find the threat anymore.

I posted the thread, and indeed it got deleted or moved or whatever.

Luud: it's Sammelfreund, he currently has got some auctions running, but no Floch-ek this time.

Mathias : do you who Sammelfreund is??
            He lives in Bönningstedt.
Pherhaps you know him, it's a small world after all

            Best regards,
            Ben

              Thanks Guys....

I am "Sammelfreund" at militaria321,com.... and I stoped the auction after 2 hours, because I don´t sell fakes.
My first opinion about the cross was okay, but now I´m sure that the EK is a fake made by Floch.

                  Mathias,

I find it very hard to believe you don't know what a Floch is, they are being shown here all the time.

Apart from that, what made you decide to put it on miliweb instead of the E-Stand?
You know tht clamshell crosses are very much sought after.

Oh, btw; you wouldnt know what happened to my thread about this cross being on offer by forum-member, would you????

To the admins, mods or whoever removed my thread: Is it common practice to remove a thread about a fake on sale without giving a reason or even notifying the writer???

                  Ben

This clamshell 'Flock fake' has a different core to what I'm used to seeing on a Flock. You be the judge on the frames. Maybe there are many different 'Flocks', but this is a comparitive collage to illustrate my point on this. To the right is my example of the 'standard Flock' I am used to seeing, to the left the clamshell...

Here is the clamshell frame rotated 180 degrees..., looks like the frames are the same. My mistake, another Flock with a different core...

                          Hi!

FLOCH fakes have all the same frame but there are four different cores and 2 different needles.

                          Regards
