    EK-2 Schinkel

I just bought this Ek-2 Schinkel
On the seller pictures it looked great but now when I received it,
    I have my doubts.

It have a low swastika – the inner rim is on top of the cross – the weight is too less.

    • 3 part construction – non magnetic
    • High: about 43 mm
    • Width: about 43 mm
    • Thick: about 4 mm
    • Weight: 17,1 Gram

    Please your opinion about it!!!

    Regards,
    Eric Jan

I would say it's an original Schinkel EK II by Deumer.
There are with magnetic and non-magnetic cores.

                  Hello,

I do not see anything wrong with it.
For me a beautiful original Schinkel EK2.

                  Best Franki

What about the very low swastika.
Could be a sign of a floch fake???

                      Not all fakes are flochfakes.
A very low swastica is no feature of a fake.

                            Hi Eric!

It's like grueni said. It's a typical Schinkel EK 2nd Class Schinkel from Deumer.

I've a question. After seeing many pivtures of non magnetic Deumer Schinkels and having also many pieces in my hands (magnetic and non-magnetic) i think that the ones they've the inner rim is on top of the cross are the non-magnetics. I never saw a magnetic piece with this characteristic.

I ask all of you Gentlemen: What's your opinion. Am i right?

                            Regards
                            Andreas

Paratrooper I agree with u, all the photo's wich I saw from
non-magnetic Schinkels have the rim on top of the cross.
