                That is a lead casting with copper wire back. About the worst there is.

                    OK, it is an alloy of lead, antimony and tin, cast by Saxony House of Illinois from the 1960's until the early 1990s. Phillip Weber made these and I watched him cast them in rubber centrifugal molds.

                    I would bet a shiney new dime I can bend it in half, with my hands.

                        Furthermore it's a copy of a copy. Patterned or cast from a postwar Souval copy.
