i was trying to find the thread which had the kvk's recently sold on HH. i was going to bid on them, but since i was out of the country that plan fell through. however, i would like to get a couple of those, one with and the other without swords. liked the condition in which the cartonages were in. anyone have seen these one surface for sale anywhere?

thanks for the update guys. quite pricey. dang! that i couldn't bid on them. for the price that it went on the auction, i would have made quite a few other collectors happy with my price.
oh well, there is no other choice now, but to pay that price. what about the ones with swords. any outcome on those?

I went through every single one on Weitze's update the other week just to make sure there wasn't one WITH swords!
I have a cased KVK with swords with the outer carton but it is a bit salty.
Nearly talked myself into collecting them without swords because they are in such great condition

Hi,
I was not aware that there were cartoned/cased WMCs WITH swords on Helmut's site. I had only seen the cased/cartoned WMCs w/o swords, which, I believe, he had 3 rated as condition 1a. There were several more rated as condition 1. Difference in price between the condition 1a and condition 1 was about 10 - 20 Euro.
The 1as sold for about $720 USD.
