Here are my cased EKII for L/II to show you. The only difference between the two cases is the color (black and red) of the ink used for stamping the makers mark.

The case is fine, KVK or EK I would suspect - perhaps other Deumer made medals also, which in my opinion is likely.

'Original' depends on the context in German.

It can pertain to a realtion in size and it can also be qualification of the fact it's an example made by the award maker.
