EK 1 WH-Spange original?

A friend offers a EK 1 WH-Spange to me and i'm not sure about the originality.
For me it looks o.k. but i'm not really an expert with WH-Spangen.

I am pleased about each assistance and opinion.

Andreas, jon is right.
Without better pics it is hard to judge.
The eagle's head is pictured under an angle which makes it impossible to check out the details.

Based on thes pics I would want a very good return policy before I would even think about buying it.

I think it's a fake,too.
The hinge and pin system is wrong.
I think the hinge and pin system by Meybauer was copied.
