Well for starters....

I think it is not the "Raptor-Foot" fake.

The center spaces of the "9s" on the "Raptor Foot" fake are almost perfectly round.

On Yuri's they're not.

The ribbons on the bottoms of the wreaths are dissimilar.
Raptor:

George you are right to use those traits to distinct this one from a raprotrs fake, but you must be carefull to use that as a rule in general.
B.H.Mayer spanges that are original has that wreath and those rounded 9`s, just so you know.
I`ll post pictures if needbe, but Not right away as I am going to work.
