When i can't decide between two things i usually flip a coin. And in doing so, something interesting always happens. I say to myself "ok whatever side it lands on, i'm going with that one" after seeing the result I inevitably then say "that was a practice" and continue to keep going along that postponing line until it lands on the other side. Its in that moment that i realize what i want. The two feelings are automatically compared and i realize which one i really want. I get one feeling for one option and a different one for the other. These reactions i find are subconscious and one is stronger than the other.

I personally prefer the "20´s" so sold the "134".As people say, is a heavy version, and it have "seen" more war....

Hi Skip, could you try and show us the name on the reverse of the "20"? Some of the guys here are good at making out names.

A named item would be the one to keep for me.

          Cheers, Ade.

            Hello

If the name on the '20' can be deciphered, and can be shown to be a genuine etching from the time, and not something done later to enhance the value of the piece, then I'd keep the '20'. Otherwise I'd sell the '20' and keep the '134', purely because, as has been said already, the '20' is easier to obtain.

            Regards
            David

I would sell the 134 and keep the "named" heavy 20.

There seems to be more mint/near mint 134 around then a nice looking heavy 20.

                  Just my 2 cents.

                    The question should be ....

"So which one have you sold yet?"

                          Pieter,

Sound advice indeed, but I promised myself I'd weed out some duplicates and items that just don't pique my interest like they once did. I've got a good list of cased badges, a couple of nice daggers and even an SS officer's cuff title that will be making the trip. I may regret selling the stuff one day, but I plan to plow the money back into the collection - just on something different

                          See you there?

I would keep them both then you have a minter and a 'been there' one,
                                perfect combination.
you will regret selling either of them, I know I would.
                                Regards
