    mm24 + help please

    Good evening fellow collectors!

Since last weeks debacle with the fake "5" I have examined my crosses minutely and it seems to me they all checked out allright! For that, WAF is probably the most complete work of reference one can have, and the association member fee the best investment a collector can make (together with Gordon Williamsons IC'39 perhaps)

Anyways, a question has risen to mind. Are there any known good fakes of the mm24?

I tried to take a pic of the extra marking on the loop ring of my cross, but couldn't succeed in doing so because of the marking beeing so small. Now, from what I know there are supposed to be the following variations in markings: +, o, 0 and WR.

Does anyone have a pic of the +- marking? Sorry I couldn't get a pic of mine for comparison, but it was just impossible getting it sharp enough.

Thankful for your help, cheers / F

      Hi

Try and change the file format on your digital camera. First: if you have a close up view select that function, if not then just change your file type. If you have the capability to change the format to a TIFF file you do not need to zoom in so close. With a TIFF you can crop it to see it better. Just remeber to use the save-as function after croping the picture and change it back to a Jpeg. W-M-A doesn't accept TIFF format picture files. Hope that helps. You'lll need to know this for the future. Let me know if you need help.
