Swas seems a little low as well, my guess is that it's a Souval (post-war repro)

The swas is level with the bead and yes the 800 is in relief. Thanks for the quick reply!

I don't know what it IS but feel that it's not a Souval! The Souval reproduction typically has a smaller ring and the base of the 3 in '1939' dipped below the base of the other numerals.

Need better photos. This could be something or it could be pure junk.

I have only a scanner but I will work with it and try to get better picks. It looks really good, compaired to the moderen fakes, eye is not applied but two part etc.
