It should be written Juncker. Not Junker. To help your friend it would be best to see some photos of the cross.

I'm not expert in RK, I prefer RK holders documents, but as long as I know seems original to me. # effect in the corners and typical loop that "deeps" in the arm ... but, does exist "neusilber" frame crosses?????????????
