Hi;
Still looking and trying to find the maker of this EK2 core !
Not so much the date , as it is very close to a few , but the Swastika is very unique like no other .
With the light illuminating it straight on to avoid any shadows , just to bring out the almost totally 3-sided round-U shaped valleys between the arms of the the Swastika . Excessive wear can be ruled out .
This is the 109 Walter Henlein cross assembled out of purchased parts .
The frame origin I know , ............it is to find out who supplied the core ?
I have checked all posted pictures in the archive here . As usually is the case not all pictures are the same quality with perfect lighting . I have ruled out most makers . On some shadows obscure the valleys , making a conclusive -yes or no - not possible .
Anyone in perticular with a 7, 23 ,52 , 53 or L13 or any L/EK2 actually , please have a look at yours at hand to rule out theses makers . I may have missed the maker too as some have more than one core used .
Your help is much appreciated.
Douglas
