Please Crop Your Photos

It would help users of the forum if members could crop their photos before posting them. Large photos that are not croped will fall outside the forum/monitor and users will be forced to scroll to see them.

Crop/cut away all that is not needed for the display of the item. No one is interested in the floor boards or desktop behind the objekt.

And as for the picture size itself, 600 pixels wide at 72 dpi resolution is good.

Right on And some background is bound to get in, so the less busy the better. On the extreme would be the flowered tablecloth and on the macro setting, the weave in some cloth's or texture in wood,etc. I like black or white poster board. But that's just me. Glad this came up, 'cause I don't have DSL. Thanks, John

Can not hurt to bump this one more time. Remeber the photos guys. keep them tidy and remeber that less is more.
