    Hello

I'm still a learner when it comes to these RKs, so don't put to much store in what I say here, but it looks ok to me. As I understand it some of the Juncker made RKs are quite 'aggressively' finished on the inner cores to make them fit around the swastika. Yours shows the 'latice' effect on the inner corners, although bits have been filed down to make it fit with the core. From what I can see of the ring and core they look ok as well.

In my opinion, for what it's worth, I think it's good. But best wait for those who really know these to comment !!

    Regards
    David

The inner corners of the beading nearest the swastika are rounded on the obverse while are more pointed on the reverse. Is this correct?

                Hello

The rear section of the frame doesn't need any hand finishing to accomodate the swastika, hence the difference.

                  Harry,
This is the only shot I have of the ribbon.
                  Thanks.

Andrew, the Cross, case and ribbon are very nice originals.....the loop appears to be the type and font being offered from Germany in the last year or so.

Dealers have had them attached to some offerings and either a lot of Crosses don't have loops or there's a 'hording' of originals!
                        Regards,
                        Dave

                          Hi Dave,
Thanks for the info. My friend has had the cross as it is for 6 years now. Just to make it clear to me, are you saying that the loop is NOT original or it is but not a Junckers loop?

The cross is a very nice and typical Juncker! The case and ribbon is also OK and the loop dosn't look like a typical Juncker-made to me.

Concur w/ the others. Regarding the case, I have an L/12 that came from the recipient in a case like the one pictured, warps and all. I also have the KQ style case mentioned, which has also warped.

                                Hi Dietrich,
Thanks for the info. Now if I have your book I wouldn't need the ask the Question. Any chance of getting book No.1 ?????? Let me guess, NO CHANCE OK, I'll wait my turn.
