It's definitive no Deschler KVK.
It could be a Steinhauer & Lück but I need better pictures from the pin.

I think too it's a mm4 Steinhauer & Lück. It's easy to mistake the 4 for a 1. It looks good from the pictures.

If you're going to buy this one I'd start at say US$ 100. It has seen better days and is from a common maker.
