You're very welcome Andy,

And something else to say here about this piece. It's a very nice piece despite the repair that has been made to it, probably a period repair done so that it could be worn by the one who was awarded it. I have a CCC that's not exactly 'textbook', but it's a 'personalized' piece. It's been modified or repaired in order to still keep it for service, for wear. What I'm trying to say is, it's just as original as any other example. Maybe yours was done by the vet himseld in the field. Who knows?

You can see how the larger portion of the pin has been filed down, or maybe a new pin entirely..??? But I like it because it very 'personal'.
