Herr Flochs work or a good Orth

Picked her up today. Always get a bit weird on these for me.

Iam in the middle with it, any thoughts from you guys. I know thats not a floch pin, but these always seem a bit Frankenstein . Its a brass core and its different then most 15s ive been in contact with.

    Great Weekend!

    Dion

Dion, the needle does certainly look like the "A type" floch needle, however this style of pin does appear on many genuine EKs - also the rest of the rear doesn't appear to show floch characteristics.

Can you post close up pics of the date and the beading points next to the swaz?

I always forget if the floch pin is the long or short. So short=good, Long=bad.

Cant find a good 15 on search, all photos are gone.

            Hi Dion,

lean back, the cross is a 100% textbook Orth.

Thats what I was thinking, but I always get mixed up with the pins, the floch has more of a broader cokebottle middle and a different type of catch. I just have never ran into an Orth with a brass core.
