replying to luckyludie,i have posted this pic of the ek2 in the past and got response but no one know what's the mm trying to show hence i am asking now for pics to compare,no use showing my pics alone.

Here is a picture of another mm8 ek2 that shows up.
It's listed at a German Dealer site.
But I don't think it will help you much.

Hi!

The mm8 ek2, in LuckyLuudjes Posting its IMO 100% a unmarked 23 Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Heeresbedarf and the marking 8 is a fake.
The German dealer is Phillip-Militaria. He sell many good pieces but also polished ones and unmarked EKs with faked markings.
For example: He's the one and only dealer in germany sells EK2 with the marking 2 and with markings like the Lazy 2 RKs.

In my opinion all this crosses are not authentic.

Here is an original mm23 marked EK 2nd Class which was postet by Robert and if one compare it with the piece which is offered from the dealer looks identical.

Andreas, I totally agree with you.

It is the place where all my mm8's (all different) in my file came from.
As well as all the mm5's in my file were sold there.

BTW: I don't think Robert minds that you posted his picture.
