Rare 4-Prong "Prinzen" or scrap metal??

Hello! Can I get opinions please on this "Prinzen" Spange. It measures 25 x 25 mm. Thank you! (sorry, these are the best pics my camera is willing to give me)

Judging from those pictures, I'll say
Looks like there's a finger print on the back of the badge.
The front also seems to lack some details, but that might just be the pictures?

Thanks for your comments. I was braced for the bad news. Fortunately I only paid $45 for it...about 15-20 years ago. I suppose I could have bought allot of gas for that back then however...
